Hi, I’m Shay Londre, a fashion model turned businesswoman with a passion for creativity, adventure, and exploration. My journey has taken me from the runways of Milan and Paris to the skies above California and the open seas of the world.

I grew up surrounded by the beauty of northern California, where my love for adventure began. My career in fashion took off at 16 when I was honored as IMTA's 1999 Female Model of the Year in New York. That moment opened doors to international opportunities, and I signed with some of the world’s top agencies, including Select Models, Ford, and Viva Paris. Over the next eight years, I lived out a whirlwind chapter of my life, walking runways, appearing in high-fashion editorials, and collaborating with brands like Celine, Vera Wang, and Paco Rabanne.

In 2018, I shifted my focus and co-founded LEVARTI, a clothing brand based in Los Angeles. As creative director, I’ve been able to channel my experience and vision into creating pieces that inspire confidence and individuality.

Beyond fashion, my love for adventure has taken me to incredible places. I earned my private pilot’s license in 2012 at Santa Monica Airport, where I trained on a DA40. Flying became a gateway to freedom, and I spent countless hours soaring over California to destinations like Catalina, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. My passion for aviation also led me to Alaska, where I earned my seaplane rating and experienced the thrill of bush flying—landing on remote waterways and navigating untouched wilderness.

The sea has always drawn me, too. I learned to sail in Marina Del Rey, where I earned my sailing certifications and spent countless days on the water. Now, my husband, Hugh Howey, and I are embarking on our most exciting chapter yet—living on a boat full-time as we sail around the world. Sailing gives me the same sense of freedom and connection as flying, and I can’t wait to explore new horizons, both literally and figuratively.
